What inspired you to choose the MSRB?
During my interview, I gained a sense of the MSRB’s culture and felt a perfect fit. The MSRB is a very collaborative and team-oriented environment with dedicated and highly capable people, and we work hard to fulfill our important mission.

What I love most about my job is...
I am constantly challenged and continue to grow in my career as a result of the MSRB’s great focus on development. I earned a master’s degree in human resource management with support from the MSRB. I have been fortunate to work in three different positions during my tenure. I joined the MSRB as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and transferred to the human resources department after a year. I now support our Board of Directors and work closely with our Executive Director.

My greatest achievement at the MSRB was when...
Every summer, I help to organize “Muni Finance Day in DC” for a group of interns participating in the Municipal Forum of New York Urban Leadership Fellows Program. The summer internship program is for graduating seniors from New York City who have expressed an interest in careers in the finance industry. We arrange a field trip to Washington, DC for the interns to meet speakers from key groups in the municipal market and tour the U.S. Capitol. The trip is a memorable experience for the interns and for me as well.

When I am not at work, I am...
Exploring the city, biking, traveling and volunteering with Horton's Kids.
