New Issue Submission Requirements for Underwriters, May 2013

EMMA Trade Monitor, September 2012
The MSRB hosted an educational webinar about the EMMA® Trade Monitor, a tool that allows state and local governments to better evaluate trading activity and prices paid for bonds they issue. The webinar discussed the features of the EMMA Trade Monitor and how to use it, as well as the benefits of setting up organization accounts with the MSRB, which are required for using the EMMA Trade Monitor.
