MUNICIPAL SECURITIES RULEMAKING BOARD ANNOUNCES
WEBINARS ON EMMA'S CONTINUING DISCLOSURE SERVICE

Alexandria, VA - The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) today announced a series of webinars for municipal bond issuers and associated persons in connection with the upcoming continuing disclosure service of the MSRB's Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) system.  The webinars, which will be held beginning May 11, 2009 and continuing through May 21, 2009, will provide an overview of the submission process for the continuing disclosure service of EMMA and review frequently asked questions.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has designated EMMA as the only official repository for continuing disclosure documents beginning July 1.  On that date, issuers will file these documents exclusively with EMMA and the current Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repositories will cease to exist.  The MSRB is offering webinars to help issuers and associated persons understand the EMMA submission process.

Four webinars are offered. Each webinar will last approximately one hour. Pre-registration is required and must be completed via the links below. There is no charge to attend.
