Beginning November 15, 2005, Real-Time
Transaction Reporting System (RTRS) Performance Statistics Reports will be made
available to dealers through RTRS Web. The Performance Statistics Reports
include the Compliance Data Report and the Lateness Report.[1]
The addition of these reports to RTRS Web replaces the process of dealers
submitting a request for a report and receiving it through the Dealer Feedback
System.
RTRS Web users with “reports” privileges will be
able to access their firm’s RTRS Performance Statistics Reports. The reports will
be made available the Monday after the 15th of each month and
include statistics for transactions reported during the preceding month and changes
made to those trades 15 days after the month. Historical reports also will be
made available for up to one year beginning with the reports reflecting
February 2005 transaction data. An updated version of the RTRS Web User Manual,
reflecting the addition of the RTRS Performance Statistics Reports to RTRS Web
and instructions on accessing the reports, has been posted to the Transaction
Reporting and Transparency section of the MSRB’s web site.
Questions about this notice may be directed to a
Transaction Reporting Assistant.
