MSRB and TBMA to Hold Compliance Seminar on October 26, 2006

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and The Bond Market Association are pleased to announce that they will be holding a compliance seminar regarding MSRB rules. The seminar will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2006, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the TBMA’s Global Financial Markets Conference Center located at 360 Madison Avenue, New York, NY. The seminar should conclude at 12:00 p.m. with lunch to follow. Members of the MSRB legal staff will discuss recent MSRB initiatives and will be available to answer questions on a variety of topics. This seminar is open to all members of the municipal securities community and there is no charge for attending; however, pre-registration is required. New York State CLE credit is available.
