ANNOUNCING MSRB 529 COMPLIANCE SEMINARS

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board is pleased to announce that it will be hosting two regional compliance seminars regarding the MSRB rules applicable to the sale of 529 college savings plans.  The compliance seminars are one-day market outreach and educational sessions, where members of the MSRB legal staff and other industry participants will focus on compliance issues and recent MSRB initiatives relevant to the marketing of 529 college savings plans.  The seminar is open to all members of the municipal securities community, but is primarily intended for the associated persons and compliance professionals of firms that market 529 college savings plans.
