MSRB MUNICIPAL SECURITIES COMPLIANCE SEMINAR |
The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board is holding a Compliance Seminar in New York City on Monday, April 3, 2000. The MSRB Chairman and senior staff will update municipal market participants on the MSRB's agenda for the next year and the latest rulemaking developments, as well as a review of operations and transparency issues. In addition, the MSRB will review issues involved in electronic trading of municipal securities and electronic communication with customers. The Seminar will conclude with an update on municipal securities enforcement activities.
