ELECTRONIC OS/ARD SUBMISSION SYSTEM (e-OS SYSTEM) BECOMES OPERATIONAL

 

The MSRB’s Electronic OS/ARD Submission System, or e-OS System, became operational today. The e-OS System permits underwriters to make submissions of official statements and advance refunding documents, together with Form G-36, through a secured, password-protected Internet website using portable document format (PDF) files. The MSRB also has revised its Form G-36 Manual to incorporate procedures for electronic submissions under the e-OS System.

The e-OS System, the Form G-36 Manual and other materials relating to electronic and paper submissions under rule G-36 have been consolidated into a Form G-36 Submission section of the MSRB’s website. The e-OS System also may be accessed through the MSRB’s home page at www.msrb.org by clicking on the Form G-36 Submissions link.

Prior to initial use of the e-OS System, underwriters must register with the MSRB. The registration form is available at the Form G-36 Submission section of the website. Underwriters are not required to use the e-OS System and may continue to make submissions to the MSRB in paper form.
