MSRB and TBMA To Hold Compliance Seminar

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and The Bond Market Association have rescheduled the previously announced Compliance Seminar regarding MSRB rules. The Seminar will be held on November 13, 2001, at the TBMA’s office located at 40 Broad Street, New York City. Members of the MSRB’s Legal Staff will discuss recent MSRB initiatives and will be available to answer questions. This Seminar is open to all members of the municipal securities community and there is no charge for attending; however, pre-registration is required. Lunch will be served. The Seminar will begin at 10:00 a.m. and should conclude by 2 p.m.  New York State CLE credit is available.
