Reminder: Proposed Rule G-40 Not Yet Approved By SEC

The MSRB has filed with the SEC a proposed rule change to create new Rule G-40, on Electronic Mail Contacts. The Rule will require each dealer engaged in municipal securities activities to appoint an Electronic Mail Contact to serve as the official contact person for purposes of electronic mail communication with the MSRB.
