May 6, 2002 Reminder: Proposed Rule G-40 Not Yet Approved By SEC
April 30, 2002 The MSRB has filed with the SEC a proposed rule change to create new Rule G-40, on Electronic Mail Contacts. The Rule will require each dealer engaged in municipal securities activities to appoint an Electronic Mail Contact to serve as the official contact person for purposes of electronic mail communication with the MSRB.
April 19, 2002 Today the MSRB has made available an ability to check Rule G-14 reporting performance.
April 2, 2002 The MSRB is publishing for comment draft amendments to Rule G-37 in two areas: the exemptive provision and the definition of municipal finance professional. Comments are due by June 3, 2002.
