Announcement of Roundtable Discussion |
Today, the MSRB announced that it will host a Roundtable Discussion in New York City on Friday, May 5th regarding regulatory issues arising from electronic trading systems for municipal securities. Such issues include the application to electronic systems of rules G-13 on quotations, G-17 on fair dealing, G-18 on execution of transactions, G-19 on suitability, and G-30 on pricing.
The Roundtable will be open to all market participants, but seating will be limited. Further information will be provided soon.
