Within the next two weeks, the MSRB Rule Book will be printed and ready for distribution. The Rule Book contains the text of Board rules and interpretive notices and letters. It will be published semiannually. The price of the Rule Book is $7.00 (D.C. residents add 5.75% sales tax; Virginia residents add 4.5% sales tax) and it may be ordered by using the publication order form printed in each issue of MSRB Reports, the Board’s newsletter. It also may be ordered by sending a check with your name, address and telephone number to: MSRB, Attention: Publications, 1640 King Street, Suite 300, Alexandria, VA 22314-2746. Each dealer registered with the Board will be sent a free copy of the Rule Book.
