Form G-36 Submissions

Rule G-36 requires an underwriter of new issue municipal securities to submit copies of the official statement for the issue to the MSRB. If the issue advance refunds an outstanding issue, the rule also requires the underwriter to submit copies of the advance refunding document (i.e., escrow deposit agreement) to the MSRB.
