           The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's Electronic G-37 Submission System (the "eG-37 System") allows you to submit Forms G-37 and G-37x electronically to the MSRB's Municipal Securities Information LibraryŽ under Rule G-37. In order to use the eG-37 System, you must register with the MSRB using this registration form. The MSRB will assign a unique User ID and password; however, if you have previously registered with the MSRB as an E-Mail Contact under Rule G-40, your existing User ID and password will allow you to use the eG-37 System once you have submitted this registration form and the registration process is completed. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD. SUBMISSIONS TO THE eG-37 SYSTEM WILL BE IDENTIFIED BY THE CONTACT INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD.
Instructions: After entering values for all fields on this form, click the Print button. The resulting page must be printed and manually signed. The completed and signed form should be sent to the MSRB, attention: MSIL staff, by fax at (703) 797-6704 or mail to 1900 Duke Street, Suite 600, Alexandria, VA 22314.
