General

Rule D-1. Unless the context otherwise specifically requires, the terms used in the rules of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. § 78a et seq.) and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission thereunder.
