MSRB NOTICE 2008-11 (February 21, 2008)

MSRB and SIFMA to Hold Compliance Seminar on April 29, 2008 in Chicago, IL 

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association will be holding a compliance seminar on Tuesday, April 29, 2008, in Chicago, IL.  Members of the MSRB legal staff will discuss recent MSRB initiatives and will be available to answer questions on a variety of topics.

The event will be held at the Mid-America Club, 200 E. Randolph Drive, 80^th Floor, Chicago, IL.  The two-hour seminar will begin at 3:00 p.m. and will be followed by a reception. The seminar is open to all members of the municipal securities community and there is no charge for attending.  CLE credit is anticipated to be available.
