RTRS ET ET Due to an internal network issue, public availability of trade data on the Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) website was delayed. The delay also extended to MQ Subscribers of the Real-time Transaction Data Subscription Service.

SHORT-Data Submissions ET ET SHORT was unable to receive and process submission and subscription messages as a result of issues with the SHORT system startup process. During the incident, authorized users were unable to submit transaction data to SHORT, SHORT subscribers and regulator data feed recipients did not receive SHORT transaction data, and there was a delay in public availability of SHORT transaction data on MSRB’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System (EMMA®). Corrective action was taken and the incident has been resolved.
