EMMA Primary Market, Continuing Disclosure and SHORT System Historical Products Now Available

On April 26, 2012, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s (“MSRB”) proposed rule change to establish multiple new subscription products for historical information and documents obtained from submissions to the MSRB’s Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA®) system.[1]  The historical products, including the EMMA Primary Market Disclosure Historical Data Product, the EMMA Continuing Disclosure Historical Data Product, and the EMMA Short-Term Obligation Rate Transparency Historical Data Product are now available.  Subscription agreements and information for each product can be found here.  Questions should be directed to MSRB Support at 703-797-6668.
