The EMMA website is a vast repository of municipal bond offering documents, trade data and ongoing disclosures that municipal bond issuers make throughout the life of a bond. Get access to:

     Information about Specific Municipal Securities

• Official statements (the prospectus for a municipal bond)
• Trade prices, yields and other data about a bond’s trading history
• Financial disclosure documents from the issuer of the bond
• Other ongoing disclosure documents about events affecting the bond
• Information about 529 plans and ABLE programs

     Market-Wide Information

• Yield curves and indices from third-party providers
• Calendar of municipal securities scheduled to be offered
• Calendar of upcoming economic reports and events that may have an impact on the market

Investors should note that no single source of data and documents, including EMMA, has all of the information that may be relevant with respect to every municipal security.

In recognition of EMMA’s broader market utility, the MSRB seeks to provide all market stakeholders with access to data, documents and tools that support fair transactions, facilitate decision-making and promote an efficient municipal securities market.
