MSRB and TBMA to Hold Compliance Seminar on May 25, 2005 in Chicago, IL

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and The Bond Market Association will jointly sponsor a compliance seminar on Wednesday, May 25, 2005, in Chicago, IL.  The MSRB legal staff will discuss current regulatory issues affecting the broker-dealer community in the municipal marketplace.

The event will be held at The Mid-America Club, 200 East Randolph Drive, 80th  Floor, in Chicago, IL. The two-hour seminar will begin at 3:00 p.m. and will be followed by a cocktail reception and dinner. These events are open to issuers, dealers, investors and other members of the municipal market. Pre-registration is required.
