EMMA Modernization: The new EMMA website will address stakeholder feedback with improvements and enhancements such as more intuitive website navigation, better search capabilities, customized experience, and obligor information.
- Advanced Search Functionality
- EMMA visitors will see an overall improvement in user experience when searching for issuers.
- The new disclosure search will give users the ability to perform natural language search (i.e., key words and contextual phrases) across hundreds of thousands of official statements and continuing disclosures.
- While certain obligor information is already available on EMMA, now, for the first time, users will be able to search for obligors by name and access related information.
- Customized Experience – the modernized website will give account holders access to an all-new customizable dashboard where they can create a personalized experience.
- Expanded Alert Capabilities - users will be able to set alerts based on issuer or obligor names and receive information as it is submitted to the MSRB.
