Elizabeth “Beth” Coolidge is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and serves on the Finance Committee and the Nominating Committee. She is the Head of Public Finance for Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., where she leads a national team focused on every sector of the municipal marketplace.  

Beth brings over 35 years of industry expertise and has been recognized as a Trailblazing Woman in Public Finance by The Bond Buyer. Prior to her current role, she led UBS’s Midwest public finance unit where her team received the Deal of the Year award. Beth holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana.
