Natasha A. Holiday

Board Member

Natasha A. Holiday is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and serves on the Governance Committee and the Steering Committee. She is Managing Director, Head of the New York City Office for RBC Capital Markets, where she structures debt and sells bonds in the public markets to raise capital on behalf of large city and state governments to fund public infrastructure. Natasha also serves as a member of RBC’s Municipal Finance Operating Committee and as co-chair of its U.S. Capital Markets Diversity Leadership Council.

Previously, she served as senior managing consultant for Public Financial Management (PFM) and Vice President for financial advisor Scott Balice Strategies (acquired by PFM), having begun her public finance career at Goldman Sachs & Co. Natasha earned her master of public policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and bachelor's degrees in history and political science from Xavier University, where she currently serves on the Board of Trustees’ Executive Committee and chairs the Board’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Natasha's term with the MSRB Board expires September 30, 2026.
