Ijeoma Lasebikan is the Director of Human Resources for the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, where she oversees the MSRB’s human resources and administrative services. 

Ijeoma has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing human resources strategies. Prior to joining the MSRB, Ijeoma was the Human Resources Manager at an International Non-Profit organization leading the compensation, benefits and talent acquisition functions. Ijeoma holds a BA in political science and government from West Virginia Wesleyan University and a Master of Public Administration with a focus in human resources management from American University.
