Ijeoma Lasebikan is the director of human resources for the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board where she oversees MSRB’s human resources and administrative services. This team focuses on creating and leading employee engagement initiatives, implementing talent management strategies, designing and administering organizational benefits and promoting wellness initiatives.

Prior to joining MSRB, Ijeoma was the human resources manager at an International Non-Profit organization leading the compensation, benefits and talent acquisition functions.  

Ijeoma holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from West Virginia Wesleyan University and a Master of Public Administration with a focus in human resources management from American University.
