Yetunde Olumide

Chief Financial Officer

Yetunde Olumide is Chief Financial Officer of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), where she is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budget development, accounting, financial planning and analysis, enterprise risk management, treasury operations and financial reporting.

Prior to joining MSRB, Yetunde served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), where she led all financial functions including management and budget, accounting, treasury, procurement, and real estate and development. Previously, she served in various financial and budgeting roles with WMATA and other companies for more than 20 years.

Yetunde is an Aspen Global Leader Network (AGLN) Finance Fellow and board member at the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).  

Yetunde earned her bachelor's degree in finance from Tuskegee University and her MBA in international business from Loyola University.
