A toll-free hotline (844-348-1577) and a web intake site which are managed by an independent service provider allow members of the public to report, on an anonymous or non-anonymous basis, suspected or actual wrongdoing by the MSRB, a Board member and/or MSRB staff, including, without limitation, wrongdoing relating to accounting or auditing matters.
To directly notify the MSRB about suspected or actual wrongdoing relating to activities of the MSRB, a member of the MSRB Board of Directors and/or MSRB staff, members of the public may email the MSRB's General Counsel at MSRBGenCounsel@msrb.org, the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at MSRBAuditChair@msrb.org or the Chair of the Board at MSRBChair@msrb.org, or mail (by U.S. mail or overnight courier) a letter addressed to General Counsel, the Chair of the Audi and Risk Committee or the Chair of the Board to the address below (selecting which person or people in brackets you are sending it to).
