Daniel Hartman is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and serves on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominating Committee. He is Managing Director and Immediate Past CEO for PFM Financial Advisors LLC, where he led the organization through its transformation into a stand-alone financial advisory and consulting company. 

Prior to his tenure as CEO, Daniel led PFM’s Financial Advisory practice, was responsible for all municipal advisory services throughout the U.S., and headed the national utilities practice in the U.S. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. 

Daniel's term with the MSRB Board expires September 30, 2029.
