MSRB ANNOUNCES MEMBERS OF GLOSSARY WORKING GROUP

Washington, D.C. – The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) today announced the members of its glossary working group, which will be responsible for updating the MSRB Glossary of Municipal Securities Terms. Ten experienced market professionals, including members representing broker dealers, municipal advisors, issuers and investors will work alongside MSRB staff on the publication’s fourth edition.

“The MSRB Glossary of Municipal Securities Terms is a popular resource available for free to the investing public,” MSRB CEO Mark Kim said. “We greatly appreciate the market knowledge and industry expertise of the members of our working group to keep this valued resource current and relevant for a rapidly evolving municipal securities market.”

Working group members for the fourth edition of the MSRB Glossary of Municipal Securities Terms include:

• Jackie Abraham – Director & Chief Compliance Officer, MuniCap, Inc.
• Elyse Andrews – Chief Compliance Officer, Fiscal Advisors & Marketing, Inc.
• Scott Casimiri – Director, Fixed Income Compliance, Raymond James & Associates
• Darci Doneff – former Managing Director, Fixed Income Trading, Piper Sandler (retired)
• Kim Garland – Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Great Lakes Water Authority
• Dan McManus – Deputy General Counsel, Head of Municipal Securities Legal & Compliance, Stifel Financial Corp.
• Thalia Meehan – former Managing Director, Putnam Investments (retired), and former MSRB Board member
• Mark Pascarella – Director of Debt Management, Indiana Finance Authority
• Ricardo Salazar – Director, Public Finance, Cabrera Capital Markets
