Jeff White is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and serves on the Audit and Risk Committee, the Governance Committee, and the Nominating Committee. He is Managing Member of Columbia Capital Management LLC, serving as the firm’s chief executive and working across all of its practice areas. 

Previously, Jeff spent more than a decade in local governments in three states, including service as a city manager, assistant city manager, department head and budget director. He has a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Administration in local government management from the University of Kansas.

Jeff’s term with the MSRB Board expires, September 30, 2030.
