MSRB Systems Status Page
The MSRB’s market transparency systems collect and disseminate municipal market data, disclosures and statistics. In the event of an outage impacting a market transparency system, the MSRB will post a notification on this systems status page. The MSRB may also provide notifications of other system incidents on this page.

The MSRB maintains 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time as core operational hours on business days, which exclude weekends and business holidays identified on the MSRB System Holiday Schedule. Core operational hours represent those hours when the MSRB’s resources will be more readily available to respond to inquiries and incidents experienced by users of MSRB market transparency systems. The MSRB may make any system, or portions of system functionality, unavailable outside of core operational hours for various purposes, including maintenance and upgrades or otherwise as needed to ensure the overall integrity of its systems. Note, information provided on this page does not apply to the MSRB’s test environments.

The MSRB’s Business Continuity Plan governs the MSRB’s response to significant service disruptions to its market transparency systems.
