Heather E. Grzanka is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and serves on the Finance Committee and the Governance Committee. She is Executive Director, Compliance Director, Fixed Income, Public Finance for JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York, where she manages compliance for the Public Finance business including, banking, syndicate, sales and trading, debt capital markets, investor marketing, and infrastructure direct lending. 

Daniel L. Wiles is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and serves on the Governance Committee and the Nominating Committee. He retired as Assistant Treasurer and Tax Collector for the County of Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Treasurer’s executive team and oversaw the public finance activities of the county, as well as the Treasury Pool deferred compensation investment teams. 

Ahmed A. Abonamah is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and serves on the Audit and Risk Committee, the Finance Committee and the Steering Committee. He is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rock Entertainment Group and the Cleveland Cavaliers. 

Tangie Davis is Chief of Staff of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board overseeing the human resources, product and call center operations, and IT operations.

Tangie previously served as Deputy Chief of Products and Services where she led the program management office and business analysis functions and supported, identified and drove program and product changes to meet the needs of stakeholders. Prior to joining MSRB, Tangie was senior director of strategic initiatives at Freddie Mac where she led large, strategic, cross-divisional projects and process re-engineering.
