Heather E. Grzanka is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and serves on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominating Committee. She is Executive Director, Compliance Director, Fixed Income, Public Finance for JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York, where she manages compliance for the Public Finance business including, banking, syndicate, sales and trading, debt capital markets, investor marketing, and infrastructure direct lending. 

Daniel L. Wiles is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and serves on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Governance Committee. He retired as Assistant Treasurer and Tax Collector for the County of Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Treasurer’s executive team and oversaw the public finance activities of the county, as well as the Treasury Pool deferred compensation investment teams. 

Ahmed A. Abonamah is a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and serves on the Finance Committee. He is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rock Entertainment Group and the Cleveland Cavaliers. 

Tangie Davis is chief of staff of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board overseeing the human resources, product and call center operations, IT operations and MSRB’s accounting, finance and strategic planning activities.
